AGS Refund Policy During Announced Dates of Theme Park Closures:

We realize this is a difficult time for everyone on a personal level and for many of us, professionally. Being in the tourism business, and particularly selling Theme Park tickets for revenue, has brought our income to “0”. All tickets are non-refundable however we know that some of our customers may be financially strained. With that said, we are offering this refund policy which mirrors the theme park policy for tickets purchased during the theme park closures:

      1. Walt Disney World – No Refunds. Partially used multi-day theme park tickets with a usage window impacted by park closure, or date-specific theme park tickets purchased through June 6, 2020 with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020 or later, will automatically be extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. If you are unable to visit by September 26, 2021, you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.
      2. Universal Orlando – No refunds. Unexpired single-day tickets that have already been purchased will be valid on any day for 365 days from the purchase date. Unexpired multi-day tickets that have already been purchased will also be valid for first use on any day from 365 days from purchase - but, as always, must be used within seven days of first use. Florida Resident discounted ticket usage windows and blockout dates remain unchanged unless otherwise communicated. If you cannot travel during this time, you can apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward a new purchase.
      3. Sea World Parks & Resorts – No Refunds. Expiration dates for tickets that may have expired in 2020 will be automatically extended through December 31, 2021. Internationally purchased tickets will be automatically extended through the first week of 2022. No action required on your part.

Guests who have in-park experiences that are date specific and will not be able to be used during the time that the park is temporarily closed, will be able to reschedule through December 31, 2021.

Reservations for Discovery Cove booked prior to May 15, can be rebooked on any date, subject to availability, prior to December 31, 2021 at the same rate as the original booking. No change fees will apply.

We are offering two options regarding tickets that were purchased for use during the park closures:

1) Per the directives from each of the theme parks, we can securely hold the tickets until a future visitation date is confirmed using the parameters above. If you are unable to travel during the extended dates offered by the parks, we can mail the tickets to you free of charge. You can then hold onto them and work directly with the theme parks on applying the value of those wholly unused tickets to any future purchase.

2) It's important to understand that had the purchase been made directly with the theme parks, your only option would be #1. However, understanding that there may be certain financial situations that don't allow for a return visit, we will refund 100% of your Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando ticket purchase, with 85% going to your original form of payment and 15% issued as a credit for any future ticket purchase with All Guest Services.
